Job Summary

Site Manager Roles:

  • Management of production schedules, identifying productivity goals, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance in the manufacturing process
  • Managing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards
  • Ensuring production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
  • Documentation of current work processes using Factory Logix software
  • Collaboration and alignment with stakeholders in the USA and overseas facilities

Site Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing a production site with proven track record of successful plant operations and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, intercultural and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control practices.
