Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in business transformation and operational excellence to lead a turnaround initiative at our facility. The ideal candidate will drive improvements across production, quality, safety, and supply chain processes with a focus on maximizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on involvement to reposition our operations, instill a culture of efficiency, and optimize cost management.

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

**Lead turnaround strategies and implement Lean/Six Sigma methods for efficiency and cost reduction.

**Enhance sales and profitability by aligning production with market demands and optimizing resources.

**Oversee daily operations, focusing on quality, timely delivery, and safety compliance.

**Manage plant budgets, control costs, and collaborate on procurement for favorable pricing.

**Foster a high-performance culture, mentoring and developing the plant team.


Plant Manager Qualifications:

**Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.

**8-10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally in turnaround settings.

**Strong skills in Lean, Six Sigma, team leadership, and financial management.

**Excellent communication, discretion, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

**Ability to foster a strong, engaged and collaborative work culture.
