Job Summary
Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality group in a Hotel setting. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit, and enhancing the guest experience
- Promote a teaching and learning environment
- P&L, food cost, and inventory management
- Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
- Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
- Knowledge of food specs and execution
Executive Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2 years minimum of progressive experience as an Executive Sous Chef
- Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to follow through
- Candidates should have a background in upscale, high-volume polished dining in a restaurant or Hotel.
Executive Sous Chef Compensation:
