Compensation & Benefits for Welders:

• Pay Rate: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience
• Shift Premium: Extra $2 per hour for 2nd shift
• Benefits: PTO available within the first 6 months, plus 401K and profit-sharing plans

Welder Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years as a welder
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Background: Heavy manufacturing in a job shop is a plus
• Skills: Ability to read welding symbols, follow welding instructions, and interpret structural drawings
