Fine Dining General Manager Requirements:

• Confident in creating a culture of subject matter expertise AND hospitality
• 3+ years in a similar fine dining, steakhouse GM role
• Superior wine knowledge is a huge plus
• Looking for high volume leaders only
• Hands-on,attention to detail, high standards

Fine Dining General Manager Responsibilities:

• Leads, trains, and mentors the restaurant service team
• Build and reinforce a positive people-centric culture
• Exceeds guests' expectations
• Assures the highest of operational standards
