Our exciting restaurant group seeks a dynamic and high-energy Restaurant Manager for our high-end restaurant concept. This candidate must come from an upscale, independent, Michelin Star restaurant. The candidate should know how to inspire and motivate a team to be focused on delivering a guest experience that exceeds expectations. 

Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of Service Manager experience with tenure of 3+ years 
• Must speak Spanish
• Understand a P&L and daily administration 
• Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
• Manage the day-to-day running of the operation 
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members 
• Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu 
• Experience in a fine-dining Michelin Star-rated restaurant preferred
