Culinary Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Provide training, coaching, and supervision to a diverse team of employees.
• Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high culinary standards.

Culinary Team Leader Requirements & Benefits:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar food service environment
• ACF Certified Chef de Cuisine (CEC) credential completed or in progress
• Valid ServSafe Certification
