Culinary Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Provide training, coaching, and supervision to a diverse team of employees.
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high culinary standards.
Culinary Team Leader Requirements & Benefits:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar food service environment
- ACF Certified Chef de Cuisine (CEC) credential completed or in progress
- Valid ServSafe Certification
