 Equipment Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

• Communicate issues relating to maintenance or repair to the Superintendent
• Full understanding of a golf course/country club setting
• Ensures that safety guidelines are being followed
• Continue to stay up to date on market trends
• Build relationships with other departments when opportunities present themselves
• Performs other assigned duties as needed
• Ensure all accounting, payroll and employee relations matters are handled in compliance policy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Perform other duties as needed
• Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
