Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant concept
  • Strong communication, organization, and an analytical approach that allows for efficient problem-solving and effective management of multiple business relationships
  • Strong goal-setting and proactive project management
  • Previous experience in leading the development of teams in a diverse organization
  • Exemplify a humble approach to learning new systems and processes, while enjoying the hands-on nature and engaging aspects of high-volume people-focused operations!
  • Tenured Experience leading 3 or more salaried managers and a minimum 3MM+ in volume and staff size of 40+

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth flow of operations and communications in a very high volume, high-quality organization
  • Identify and develop the talent of emerging leaders, while listening to and maintaining an open-door policy for everyone
  • Collaborate with leadership to create goals and track progress as it relates to individuals, team initiatives, and an overall culture of excellence
  • Encourage and strengthen positive and high-integrity relationships with our visitors, local businesses, and our community
  • Demonstrate next-level situational awareness as this position will spend 90-100% of the time on the floor, managing the operations, leading the team
