We are seeking a dynamic Controller to join our team, offering an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. This role involves gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial data while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Controller Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will play a critical role in coordinating financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and leveraging strong business system skills (particularly QuickBooks and Excel) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Set clear objectives and realistic goals for the finance and office staff
• Ensure timely reconciliation of financial statements on a monthly basis
• Develop and maintain cash flow strategies across all companies
• Ensure accurate balancing of bank statements each month
• Conduct weekly inventory research and analysis
• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations

Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA certification (preferred)
• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and business systems, especially QuickBooks and Excel
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
