Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. They boast a people-centric culture and are in growth mode!

A/P Specialist Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $52-$62k depending upon experience

A/P Specialist Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in accounts payable with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in accounting software and MS Suite
• Positive, upbeat personality

A/P Specialist Responsibilities:

• Code and process accounts payable invoices
• Handle batch processing and vendor payments, taking advantage of all applicable discounting
• Prepare and review accounts receivable transactions
• Handle permitting and Certificates of Insurance (COI)
• Assist with budget preparation
• Aid in preparing a portion of the financial statements
• Provide support to other accounting department team members
