Our current need is for a strong Food & Beverage Director for a boutique hotel property opening in the Brighton Beach area.

Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations as an F&B Director for this boutique hotel, new opening!
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Take disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the F&B Assistant General Manager

Food & Beverage Director Requirements:

• Winning personality
• Must have an understanding of the Brighton Beach, Sheepshead Bay Area is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of F&B Director experience running multiple F&B outlets to include bars, restaurants and event hall
• Strong motivation and great work ethic
• Great tenure - demonstrated progress at prior jobs
