Your Role

As the Food & Beverage Director, you will:

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of all food and beverage offerings.
• Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier team, fostering a culture of service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to design innovative menus inspired by the flavors and diversity of the local community.
• Build relationships with local vendors and partners to create unique dining experiences.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Play a key role in pre-opening activities, including planning, setup, and staff onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in the food and beverage sector, ideally with boutique hotels or luxury properties.
• Expertise in launching and managing new concepts, including fine dining, craft cocktails, and event catering.
• A strong understanding of the Brighton Beach and Sheepshead Bay area, its culture, and its clientele.
• Creativity and vision to develop menus and concepts that resonate with the local community.
• Operational and financial acumen to ensure seamless and profitable F&B operations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a strong team culture.
• Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and a drive to innovate.
