Sous Chef Qualifications

• 4 years of cooking experience and prior experience as a sous chef
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Guest oriented
• Active listener/communicator with guests, teammates, and management

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and development of the team
• Accountable for all aspects of the kitchen including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
• Dependable, punctual, and follow and enforce all policies regarding attendance/punctuality
• Ensure quality and consistency in all menu items and presentation
