Project Manager and Estimator Responsibilities;

·      Inspect properties to asses damages related to construction claims, and prepare detailed reports and estimates

·      Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all projects

·      Be the main point for contact for clients from beginning to end, providing updates and explanations

·      Work hard to have a positive end result so company can rebook business from all clients

·      Must be able to estimate accurately setting the client and company up for success.

 

Project Manager and Estimator Requirements:

·      Project Manager/Estimation/and Sales experience in home restoration, renovation, or new build

·      Proven results in business building, revenue growth, and profitability increase

·     Must be dependable and honest

·     Must work well with a team and be an efficient collaborator
