We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a well-established company. This role will oversee daily operations in manufacturing, production, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

Quality Manager Compensation & Benefits:

- $90K - $105K base salary, based on experience.

Quality Manager Responsibilities:

- Oversee full production cycle, including workforce, equipment, materials, safety, and quality standards.

- Lead operations and manufacturing teams from contract review through production and shipment.

- Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

- Promote a safe, motivating work environment focused on customer satisfaction in price, delivery, and quality.

- Facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments.

Quality Manager Requirements:

- BS/MS in business, engineering, operations management, or relevant experience.

- 8+ years in manufacturing management.

- 5+ years in machine shop/CNC.

- Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
