A successful investment firm with YOY revenue growth is looking to expand their Finance team by bringing on an FP&A Manager. In this role, you will work closely with internal & external stakeholders, as well as the Vice President of FP&A.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, review, and support all Financial reports, planning, and analysis across the organization and ad-hoc projects
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to tell the story of how the financial year is unfolding to meet and or exceed annual Financial plans & forecast
• Report and work closely with the Vice President of FP&A.

FP&A Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years focused on FP&A
• 2+ years of experience in the Senior Living Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with Yardi is a Must!

FP&A Manager Benefits:

• Salary Range, $130K - $150K (DOE) + Bonus
