Candidates must have a passion for guest service, extensive wine knowledge, and drive for achieving results. Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years of current Fine Dining/Upscale General Manager Experience
• Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset with an ownership mentality
• Must have New Restaurant Opening experience
• Strong leadership ability, flexibility, and adaptability to lead a tenured team
• Extensive Wine and Craft Cocktail knowledge
• Preferably pedigree from Michelin Guide-level execution, but not required
• A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience
• Highly skilled at financials, P & L, and managing food, labor, and operation costs
