HR Coordinator Qualifications
- 3+ years HR generalist experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience supporting a large team of 150+ employees
- Must have experience with hourly and salary employment in the state of California
- Experience with running reports in HRIS (Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, etc.)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!
- Must possess the ability to multitask, take accurate notes, excellent time management, ability to prioritize, demonstrate strong and professional communication skills
HR Coordinator Responsibilities
- Support day to day initiatives on-site in the HR department
- Perform administrative duties, onboarding, document management, performance management, report generation, training, write-ups, digital filing, employee relations
- Knowledge of benefits, payroll and general policies
- Talent acquisition
