Banquet Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise banquet events to ensure a memorable guest experience from start to finish
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain high-quality service standards
- Train, manage, and schedule banquet staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to property standards
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and overall cleanliness to meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for banquet supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Minimum of 3 years of banquet management experience in a hotel, or upscale property.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate event schedules
- Familiarity with upscale dining or boutique hotel service standards preferred
