Operations Manager Qualifications

• Strong work history in upscale high volume restaurant with 3–5 years experience
• Able to read financial statements and put plans in place to correct opportunities.
• Tech savvy using Toast POS
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy to be the driving force
• People first team leader who can develop, coach and mentor our team
• Someone who is looking to put down roots and grow with us

Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Implement and execute operating standards
• High touch customer experience, big promoter of our brand
• Daily operational control in multi units
• Hire, onboard and train our new teams to uphold our standards
• Financial activities, weekly P and L's, inventory and labor control
• New restaurant opening process and roll out
