What You’ll Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or other HR certifications (preferred) 
• 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, managing diverse teams and supporting large employee populations (600+) 
• Proven track record in the hospitality industry, ideally in HR leadership is preferred 
• Deep understanding of California employment laws and regulations 
• Ability to commute to Solana Beach, California
