A growing Extended Stay hotel management company is currently looking for a Area Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years' multi unit management experience with Economy, Budget Extended Stay properties. This position requires extensive travel.

In this position, you will oversee all property operations at each hotel owned and/or managed by the organization. You will work with the General Manager and management team to ensure guest satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and profitability of the hotel.

This position will be responsible for 8-15 properties.

Area Manager Extended Stay Hotels Responsibilities

• Multiple site management in the hospitality industry is required
• Ensure all properties are operating fully staffed
• Ensure all metrics are being met
• Coach and develop your team
• Manage the maintenance and repair

Area Manager Extended Stay Hotels Requirements:

• 3 plus years of progressive experience as a Hotel Manager in a limited-service hotel
• Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to follow through
• ServeSafe card
• Availability to work any shift
