Restaurant General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage staff, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage financial performance by preparing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and optimizing costs.
• Implement marketing strategies and foster community relationships for business growth.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage finances and inventory.

Base salary in the $85K-$95K range
