Director of Contracts and Risk Management
We are currently looking for a Director of Contracts and Risk Management to join our team! The primary responsibility is to ensure the consistent management of all proposals and contracts, overseeing the contract management process. This includes the development of specific standards for the bidding process, contract negotiations, and document management. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with internal departments, external customers, and vendors. Moreover, they serve as the company’s Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Director, Contracts and Risk Management Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Contract management
- Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Working knowledge of various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FP LOE, etc.), contract negotiation, corporate insurances, property management
- High Degree of Independent Judgement and Problem-solving Skills
- CPCM or CFCM candidates are highly preferred
- Experience in the commercial construction or rentals industries is highly preferred
