Full-Cycle Accounting Firm who focuses on SMB clients is expanding their internal team to bring on an experienced Accounting Manager, who has experience with Bookkeeping, Full-Cycle Accounting, Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis. All of our firm uses QuickBooks Online as the sole Accounting tool, so in this role you will not only be a SME in QBO, but also help onboard and guide our clients with using the tool as well.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all client needs from onboarding through Year-End Close
• Partner with internal & external partners on inquiries, and problem-solving Accounting & Financial reporting items as they arise
• Manage a small team of Bookkeepers & Accounts for Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close
• Support team as needed with all Bookkeeping, Accounting and Financial Analysis needs to ensure client deadlines, projects, and expectations are met at all times

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• 7+ years of Accounting Experience
• 3+ years of Financial Analysis & Financial Reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or strong hands-on experience
• 3+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
• Multi-client and or Multi-unit Accounting experience, a Plus
