Seeking an extroverted engineer that can sell or a highly technical sales leader with tooling/machining or custom plastics industry background to join the leadership group as a Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Manager.

Technical Sales Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Sell custom plastic parts that are CNC machined, injection molded, and stamped/die cut to existing and new customers
• Vet RFQ’s and leads from customers and internal resources
• Manage marketing and lead generation efforts with 3rd party marketing firm
• B.S. in a technical field (engineering preferred) and 1-5 years sales experience OR work equivalent 7-10 years experience
• Relationship and solutions-focused sales personality. Desire to drive the sales process from plan to close with engineering & customer service team support
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze data, making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
