Our client is adding an Architectural Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects, ensuring communication and compliance among contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to maintain schedules and budgets.

Architectural Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize project documentation (drawings, submittals, construction plans, etc.).
• Conduct on-site inspections and attend project meetings to support coordination.
• Process changes, including ASIs, change orders, and contractor pay applications.
• Oversee project closeout, ensuring completeness of O&M manuals and as-built documents.

Architectural Project Coordinator Key Qualifications:

• Ability to read construction documents and basic knowledge of architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation for site visits (mileage reimbursed) and own cell phone required.
