We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Manager to lead impactful consulting projects within our organization. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a challenging, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), along with experience in change management and process improvement. This role will require a combination of in-office and remote work, balancing flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Accounting Consultant Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage consulting projects in Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large, publicly traded company, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Change Management: Drive change initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align projects with company objectives and facilitate effective project outcomes
• Financial Expertise: Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships
• Experience: 4 to 7 years at a Big 4 accounting firm, with a specialization in Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working within a publicly traded company is preferred
• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to lead consulting projects and implement change within large organizations
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
