Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, specifically within resort or destination settings
• GM experience within the IHG network of properties is preferred
• Strong expertise in revenue management and financial performance
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a knack for anticipating guest needs
• Proven ability in team development and effective communication
• Demonstrated success in leading and building cohesive teams
• Experience managing contract labor
