Job Summary

We are a Fast-Growing company looking to hire a HVAC/R Principal Technician focused on Commercial maintenance, repairs, and installation of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems. Our clients are loyal and growing, and so is our team. We are looking to bring on an experienced HVAC/R professional to join our team. HVAC/R Principal Responsibilities:

  • Inspect commercial equipment to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and install HVAC/R equipment as required
  • On Call rotation to support our clients needs
  • Team player, who can communicate with all team members, from management to technicians. As well as our clients.
  • Perform and ensure compliance and documentation is recorded correctly at all times for each call and client visit
  • Visit client sites for regular maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly

HVAC/R Principal Requirements:

  • 6+ years of HVAC/R installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
  • Working knowledge of HVAC/R controls and smart devices
  • Valid Driver's License
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • MA Refrigeration a plus!
