Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager who has a passion for "from scratch" Italian food, building an amazing service culture in an awesome new restaurant opening. If you have a commitment to excellence and an autonomous nature, this is the place you want to be!


GM Responsibilities:

  • Building a world-class service culture: Hiring, training, and developing a strong staff of FOH team members to deliver amazing experiences to all Guests
  • Partner with EC in Menu Development: Be a strategic partner in menu development as needed
  • Ability to be an inspirational leader: You are the "north star" of the dining room. You can inspire and motivate your team for improved retention
  • Ability to write and execute SOP for a NRO: You will partner with the Executive Chef to write, and implement the SOPs for the restaurant
  • Full P&L understanding: While partnering with the EC and the rest of the leadership team, you will be responsible for executing the P&L, including Labor, food, bar costs, etc.
  • Experience with numerous POS systems: Experience with TOAST is nice to have, but not necessary
  • Your Experience: You should have 5+ years of successful dining room leadership in a fine dining or upscale casual theme dining environment
  • Skills: Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine. Think, handcrafted pasta, pizza dough, and from-scratch sauces
