Director of Catering Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director-level catering role, ideally in a higher education setting

- Strong client relationship management skills

- Familiarity with Kronos is a plus

- Background in upscale catering or banquets within a campus environment preferred

- Experience with vendor purchasing and inventory management
