Assistant Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams
• 5+ years of experience as a full-service restaurant manager in a high-volume setting
• A Strong, confident leader with excellent decision-making skills
• Consistent work history with no more than two jobs in the past five years
