Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and exceed targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized proposals and drive high-impact sales presentations.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to make informed adjustments to strategies and ensure maximum profitability.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, setting a high standard for performance and customer service.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
