Fast Casual General Manager Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in either Fast Casual or Full Service dining
• Demonstrated strength in leadership and long-term commitment
• Strong financial acumen with experience mentoring others in financial practices
• Lead-by-example approach to management
