Restaurant General Manager Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager 
• High volume catering experience.
• New Restaurant Opening experience.
• Strong Leadership skills
• Strong financial understanding and ability to coach and teach financials 
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
• Strong tenures. No more than 2 jobs in 5 years.
