Job Summary
As a Director of Operations, you'll play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations. You'll lead a talented team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business results.

- Lead with Excellence: Oversee venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest service.

What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or golf course management
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager
- Comfortable managing a P&L of 20+ million annually
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
