Fine Dining General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $90k-$110k
• Quarterly performance bonuses

Fine Dining General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of up to 80 staff members
• Drive sales growth and continuously improve performance
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Provide daily coaching and guidance to staff

Fine Dining General Manager Qualifications:

• Min. 4 years of experience in high-volume, fine dining environments
• Proven success in leadership with strong career progression
• Sales Volume Experience of $12-$15mil/yr.
• People-focused with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of fine food and wine
• Great tenure
