Tax Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Tax Preparation
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting
• Must possess great communication skills
• Provide timely and meaningful client communication regarding tax return preparation, tax planning, and general tax questions.
• Be knowledgeable regarding company tax planning strategies and tax positions.
• Manage a group of tax preparers
• Approve timecards each pay period and manage PTO requests
