Commercial HVAC Technician Compensation:

Commercial HVAC Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Maintain clear communication with manufacturers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Demonstrate your mechanical expertise and troubleshooting skills while reading and interpreting schematics to resolve technical issues
- Complete administrative duties, including submitting work orders, tracking time, managing receipts, and maintaining truck stock inventory
- Keep detailed records and logs as required by company protocols
Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- At least 3 years of experience in additional trades such as brazing, soldering, basic plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Universal EPA certification or equivalent is required
- Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional leadership approach
