• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience: 5+ years in business development for an architectural design firm.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with workplace, mixed-use, and healthcare projects preferred.
• Business Development: Lead and execute the local business development strategy.
• Market Growth: Capture market share and enhance client relationships.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work across the firm to optimize capabilities and profitability.
