Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Champion HR Policies – Develop and implement policies that ensure compliance and create a positive work culture.
- Drive Talent Acquisition – Lead hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
- Boost Employee Engagement – Create and implement programs that make employees feel valued, inspired, and motivated.
- Coordinate Training Programs – Partner with a global training team to ensure employees access world-class training and development.
Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- Education & Experience – A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or 5+ years of HR experience.
- Tech Savvy – Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Professional background: Hospitality or Entertainment are highly preferred!
- Legal Expertise – A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Interpersonal Skills – Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Industry Knowledge – Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or service industry is a bonus!
