Job Title: Loan Officer  

Location: Remote (Licensed in FL, AL, MN, or TX)

Position Overview:

As a Loan Officer, you’ll work remotely and independently, bringing your experience and client base to a commission-only role with unlimited potential. This position is perfect for a self-starting, motivated “hunter"!

Responsibilities: 

• Cultivate and manage a steady pipeline, actively sourcing new clients and leveraging your book of business
• Achieve an average of 3-4 monthly closings, with potential for increased volume  
• Guide clients through the loan application process with professionalism and clarity  
• Strategically expand your client base, as this role does not come with supplied leads  

What You’ll Bring:

• Active loan officer license in Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, or Texas  
• An established book of business with a steady track record (3-4 closings per month)
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively find new leads
