Restaurant General Manger Qualifications/Requirements:

• Min. 3yrs of experience in a General Manager role
• Fast Food, Fast Casual, or QSR Dining Experience
• Experience in onboarding, training, & development
• FOH & BOH Experience + Management
• Good Tenure: No more than 2 jobs in 5 years
• $2M+ Sales Volume Experience
• Passion for hospitality and creating a positive work atmosphere
• Strong understanding of food and labor costs
• Hands-on leadership style
• Commitment to a guest-first and team-first approach
