Catering Sales and Event Planner

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience directing catering events in the Hotel and/or Country Club environment. Catering Sales and Event Planner Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning menus
- Meeting with customers and vendors
- Discussing contract requirements with customers
- Booking, selling, planning, and coordinating all social events
- Generating revenue, establishing new accounts, and booking repeat business
Catering Sales and Event Planner Requirements
- Leadership experience in fine dining, hotel, or off-premise catering services required
- Must have strong event knowledge (Food, Staffing, Linen, Rentals)
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Caterease is a plus)
- Team Oriented
- Maintains a Good Energy Level
- Thorough and Organized
- Professional
- Positive Attitude
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends for client events
- Caterease software experience is a Plus
