Requirements for General Restaurant Managers 

• 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate
• Strong financial acumen with experience in coaching and teaching financials
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style
