Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager JOB DESCRIPTION 

This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for executing the Company's vision while directing, motivating, and leading your team to excellent results. 

Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience, with no more than 2 Jobs in the Last five years
• Experience in Upscale Casual high volume
• Must be passionate about food and want to contribute to the process
• Must have experience cutting fish and beef
• Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
• Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command
• Prefer someone Bilingual
