High End Sushi Chef Requirements:

• High level of proficiency, refinement, ability, and skill set w/ Asian cuisine, Sushi, and fresh ingredients
• 5-years experience executing with Sushi
• 2+ years managing and leading line level associates in commercial kitchens
• High volume, upscale dining, and refined style

High End Sushi Chef Responsibilities:

• Leads BOH upscale/fine dining shift operations
• Controls food and labor costs
• Supports, trains, and develops line level kitchen team
• Upholds standards, communicates expectations, and provides accountability
