This is an opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager to join an exciting, growing local brand. This is the second location of this up-and-coming restaurant concept, and we are seeking an experienced restaurant general manager with the vision for and track record of building a brand, growing sales, and creating buzz! Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary starting in $70k's with a SUPERIOR Quarterly Bonus Incentive

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Restaurant General Manager Experience in full service restaurants
  • Track record of brand development. sales growth, and community involvement
  • FOH and BOH Experience, and bar knowledge
  • Experience with team building and development
  • Hands on Restaurant General Manager -must thrive, motivate, and lead by example in a team based, people-first environment

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Focus on brand and sales growth
  • Build, develop, and lead a cohesive team of superstars and drive a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure exceptional day-to-day operations and exceptional quality of food, beverages, and service
  • Manage cost controls using a P&L to forecast, budget, and take corrective actions
  • Manage with a sense of ownership
